God bless!
Isn’t wonderful to wake up every morning and be motivated? Though there is a great feeling when we are motivated, in life there is a crucial balance that we all must uphold. The balance that I’m speaking of is the measure between motivation and complacency. Most people want to be motivated because they feel like they can do more when they are affirmed, but many of these people use motivation as an excuse to not progress in the things they are doing because they assume affirmation means completion. What do I mean? They feel like because they are being motivated there current state is ok, therefore their needs to be no further change in their life. Much of the church today is found stagnant because of this mindset. We have evolved into a society that has found complacency in our flesh being massaged by soothsayers and we won’t have it any other way (sorry but I have to keep it real). We jump from church to church looking to hear what we want to hear and run from any church that discusses change in our lives. We run from any church that tells us that we have to work for the change or we attribute the words of change to all those around us and not ourselves. I’m sure most of us don’t want to hear this and trust me I don’t want to write it, but I’m accountable for change in the lives of all those who read this and just as I want all of us to be prosperous, I’m more concerned with all of us getting into heaven. The bottom line today is we have to read the verse and acknowledge right and wrong. Sin is sin and no matter how much we cheerlead for each other it doesn’t change the fact that it is sin. We know what’s right and taking Grace for granted or taking advantage of it is wrong. It’s time we work for our blessings and enter into a higher level of blessings and prosperity that will last, rather than a level of affirmation that comes and goes like a leaf in the wind….
Let’s do what’s right!

James 4:17 If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn't do it, it is sin for them.
