God bless!
I think the title of the devotional says it all. We all fall into the trap of making ourselves the victim, feeling bad for ourselves and simply pushing everyone away because we think life is all about us. It’s a trap because it is exactly what the devil wants. He wants to separate us from the body and from our Lord with the intention to run circles of loneliness and despair around us. So how do we avoid this? The first step is “Recognition”, if we don’t think this devotional applies to our life we might as well stop reading it now. OK to those still reading you and I both know we have a lot to work on but the fact that we are still reading is a great starting point. Once we recognize the issue we have to begin to seek His face so that change can take place. No relationship with Him means no change to our lives! It’s never too late to start and nothing is too hard for Him to change. Let’s make this one thing about us and that one thing is “change”.
Accepting His shifting in my life,

Pastor Joell A. Perez
