Though we all are able to boldly state we are free in the physical realm, many if not all of us can’t say the same about the spiritual realm. We may think we have freedom but can we really consider our walk free of bondage? I’m not trying to paint a grim picture of our spiritual state but, I am trying to establish the fact that we all still need to be freed of many things that have us held in oppression. The truth is none of us are walking in our fullness, none of us are living an entirely holy life but that doesn't mean things have to remain that way. God designed us to be blessed, He designed us to enjoy Free Will as we strive to gain more access to Him through it. The key today is to realize our location in life, we are in the promised land. I’m sure you think I’m losing it by my last sentence but remember the promise land in the times of Joshua and Caleb was full of giants as it is also today! Why are those giants there? We invite them. We can’t be in bondage unless we invite it into our lives, we were created free and it’s time to realize our position and what we were made for. Then we need to kick the giants out! We weren't designed to be slaves but rather to be Free because we are His kids!

Aunque la gran mayoría de nosotros podamos decir con astucia que somos libres refiriéndonos a lo físico, muchos (por no decir todos) no podemos hablar de la misma libertad cuando nos referimos a nuestra vida espiritual. Podemos pensar que somos totalmente libres pero debemos preguntarnos, ¿estamos viviendo una vida totalmente libre de la esclavitud? No estoy tratando de desalentarnos o hacernos sentir mal sobre nuestra vida espiritual, simplemente estoy recordándonos a todos que aun hay cosas en nuestras vidas que nos mantienen oprimidos. La realidad es que ningunos de nosotros esta caminando con total plenitud de lo que Dios quiere darnos; ninguno de nosotros esta viviendo en total rectitud y santidad, pero esto no significa que tengamos que seguir así. Dios nos diseñó para ser totalmente bendecidos, El quiere que vivamos en total libertad de escoger si queremos acercarnos más a El o no. La clave para lograr ser verdaderamente libres, es poder reconocer en donde nos encontramos hoy día…¡estamos en la tierra prometida! Estoy seguro que muchos estarán pensando que me estoy volviendo loco por lo que acabo de decir pero recuerden, ¡la tierra prometida de los tiempos de Josué y Caleb estaba llena de gigantes y hoy en día sucede lo mismo! ¿Por qué siguen esos gigantes acá? Porque nosotros mismos los invitamos. Vivimos en opresión y esclavitud porque nosotros mismos invitamos a esas cosas a nuestra vida; fuimos creados para ser libres y ya es hora que reconozcamos esto y comencemos a vivir de esa manera. ¡Saquemos de patadas a los gigantes que hemos permitido entrar! Nunca fuimos diseñados para ser esclavos sino todo lo contrario, ¡fuimos diseñados para ser los hijos del Rey!
